25852 Air Lift Universal Load Controller Dual Standard Duty Compressor. Actual Product may vary due to product enhancement. Over 15 Years Technical Experience. California Vehicle Emissions Restriction See. Load Controller (25852) by Air Lift®. LoadController Compact provides one-touch control of your air springs using a small easy-to-mount gauge. Never search for a gas station with a working compressor again! With the touch of a button, control the pressure in your air springs from the cab of your vehicle. This is extremely convenient for changes in load or road conditions. If you’ve just hooked up your RV, trailer or put a load in the bed of your truck, you can inflate your air springs to the desired pressure right from the cab. No more searching for a gas station compressor to find air! The gauge mounts in your vehicle’s cab and operates regardless of whether you are parked or on the road. The user-friendly gauge has easy-to-use inflate and deflate buttons to let you quickly inflate or deflate your vehicle’s air spring pressure. Mount in the included mounting cup, flush mount or insert into any 2 1/8 inch gauge pod. Instead of searching for a gas station with a working compressor to fill your air springs, Air Lift offers LoadController compressors that mount permanently to the frame of your vehicle and supply air pressure wherever you travel. If you would benefit from the ability to set different pressures in left and right side springs, choose “Dual-path” design compressors that let you control each one individually. If lower cost is preferred, “Single-path” versions feature one control channel that operates both springs together equally at the same rate. Whichever you choose, you’ll be able to select either one in standard-strength for intermittent weekend use or in heavy-duty strength for daily and commercial use. LoadController air compressors are adjustable from inside your vehicle at the touch of a button. They do not include sensors, so the height of the air springs is determined solely by the user, not automatically by the system. Should air pressure in either of the springs reach a critical minimum inflation point, LoadController air compressors will kick on automatically to correct the condition. The pressure gauge with built-in control switches mounts anywhere in your vehicle using an included bracket, or it can be inserted into any 2 1/8thhole in your instrument cluster. All kits come with an air compressor, wiring harness, air lines, gauge/control, and all related hardware necessary for installation. Founded in 1949 in Lansing, Michigan, Air Lift® pioneered the first rubber air bladder that fit inside coil springs to give pickups and other transport vehicles greater load-leveling and ride-stabilizing abilities. These found wide acceptance on commercial vehicles and were soon adopted throughout NASCAR and other professional stock car racing series after assisting many drivers to achieve victorious finishes. Over the decades, Air Lift has continued to pioneer innovative developments with air spring helpers and stand-alone air springs for mobile homes, ambulances, and heavy trucks. Quality and safety are undoubtedly necessary in a suspension system and GE Engineer Claude Pemberton and Oldsmobile Toronado developer Don Perkins recognized this was essential in a car’s suspension system so they took it upon themselves in 1949 to correct the then problem of sagging springs. Hence the creation of the inimitable Air Lift Company and the start of a remarkable history in innovation. Recognizing the need for a product in the marketplace is a key to success and Air Lift certainly has done that throughout the years. And Air Lift, being the forward thinking company they are, went on to develop primo air springs that allowed you to level your vehicle and thus tow safely. Fast forward to the late 90s and once again Air Lift recognized the need for a suspension system that would lower custom vehicles; hence, the creation of the Easy Street Division of Air Lift that not only afforded a lower stance but also could be raised when it was necessary to clear an obstacle. The success of full air suspension in mini-trucks offered Air Lift yet another opportunity to introduce a product that was second to none with compressor system technology, air springs and air struts. Take a look at the Performance Series Air Suspension from Air Lift Performance and you will find a product that can be adjusted with the touch of a button and twist of a knob that lets you drive your car on the road or on the track with an eye catching stance. The system is, of course, a Bolt on OEM Replacement, with most kits offering up to three inches of threaded adjustability and monotube shock internals that run cooler, are more sensitive and weigh less than twin tube shocks. The easily tuned dampers offer thirty levels of adjustment so you are certain to find a setting that meets your expectations and adjustable camber plates that help you achieve maximum chassis performance. True to its heritage of innovation Air Lift has introduced their all new 3H/3P Height and Pressure air management system that employs both height and pressure sensors to afford the most ingenious air suspension control to date. Whatever your needs Air Lift Performance is certain to provide you with a product that will meet your expectations. Compressor: Standard Duty Air Compressor. Type: With Separate Air Spring Inflation. Standart strength compressors are recomended for intermittent weekend use. Adjustment of spring pressure is manually controlled from inside your vehicle. Pressure gauge with built-in control switches can be installed in the included mounting cup or any 2 1/8th hole on your instrument cluster. Air compressor pump mounts permanently to the vehicle frame to supply air pressure anywhere. Emergency trigger automatically re-inflates springs if pressure reaches a critical minimum inflation point. All air line couplings are easy and convenient to connect or disconnect.
