These valves will be able to lift heavy duty trucks and cars without any hassle. These Viair 444C Does not come with any pressure switch or relays. VIAIRs 444C Dual Performance Value Pack air compressors feature a newly-developed head assembly, with a patent pending intercooler head, and is capable of a maximum 200 PSI with a 100% duty cycle to power an air suspension system or any other application you may have. The 444C Dual Performance Value Pack includes two 12-volt Chrome or Stealth Black VIAIR 444C air compressors, which are also equipped with a stainless steel braided leader hose with an inline check valve. Note: Use thread sealant for proper installation. Teflon tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque is 12 to 15 ft. (2) Black Steel Braided Hoses (21 L) with inline check valve at end. All remote filter mount accessories (Not the remote hoses). 2.5 Gallon Tank. 0 to 200 PSI. 165 to 200 PSI. 5.0 Gallon Tank. Always wire pressure switch from ignition source, do not wire it directly from battery as it will stay hot all time. Any leakage in bags, valves or fittings will make compressor run even if the vehicle not running. It will damage compressors in long run. Use proper gauge wire when wiring the compressors, do not use 12AWG wire similar to the end wire leads on compressors. This will cause wires to heat up with AMP draw (44 AMP, for dual compressors) and eventually wires will melt and compressor will be damaged. Do not use more than 10 Gallon tank with these compressors, ideal tank size for these compressors is 5 Gallon. Do not ground valves, amplifiers or any other devices at same spot where compressor or relays are grounded, this may cause more AMP draw then what system can handle. Use 80 AMP relay if possible with these compressors. Do not over tighten leader hose in to the tank port as it may result in to low air flow or no air flow from compressor to tank. It may also damage the inline check valve on leader hoses resulting in back flow of air pressure inside the tank. Use specified torque when tightening leader hoses. 12V DC Normally Closed 2 way pilot operated valves with 300 PSI Max. Comes with Air Flow arrow at the bottom of valve body. Just use two small prongs when wiring these valves, does not matter what prong is power and what is ground, do not use middle large prong. Always use thread sealant when connecting valves with fittings.
